The Prototype-Cafe offers 3D Printing/ Rapid Prototyping (RP) services. Our unique business model provides honestly priced services rapidly. Our business has operated since 2008. In 2011, we achieved 100% on-time shipments with over 50% of our orders shipping same day.

Our Technology

We use Objet's Polyjet technology. Our system operates at 600 x 600 x 900 DPI delivering fine feature detail. We hold tolerances of +/-.005" for parts up to 4", plus .001" per inch above 4".

The material used is Objet's VeroWhitePlus, which is a durable UV acrylic. Please visit www.objet.com for material specifications.
