Prototype Cafe. Prototype Cafe gives their customers the opportunity to reduce rapid prototyping service costs by prepurchasing blocks of hours on a rapid prototyping machine.

Unlike purchasing fractional ownership of a machine, thier plan limits long term liability while locking in all costs. All Labor, Maintenance, Real Estate, Utilities, Administrative, and other costs are already built in and locked in. The only other cost is materials, which are locked at current list price.

Alaris 30 Choices - Alaris 30 runs a single model material, VeroWhite


AlaCarte

  Expresso Light     
       We run your STL files and ship the completed parts. You wash the support
       material off of the parts. Parts usually ship same day. Very cost effective.

  Expresso Full 
       We run your parts and clean support material off of the parts. You receive
       a cleaned part. No support removal is needed. Parts are ready to use, or
       for other post treatment processes such as paining, coatings etc. Usually
       ships next day.


Main Course

   Finished and Painted
       We run your STL files, clean, prepare for paining and paint with a basic
       color chosen from standard AutoAir solid colors. Paint is applied by spray
       gun.

   Finish with Delux Paint
       We run your STL files, clean, prepare for painting and paint with any
       AutoAir standard color, including metallics, pearls, etc. Paint is applied
       by spray gun in a 2 or 3 step process.

   Finish with Custom Paint
       We run your STL's and paint with any custom mixed AutoAir color. Paint
       is applied by spray gun in a 2 or 3 step process.
