1. Can I try out your services without purchasing a block of time?

Yes, but you pay our regular service bureau rates, which are usually lower than market rates.

2. Do you offer a payment plan, pay as you go?

No. Our plan requires up front purchase. We can not offer these low rates if we have to continiously process billing and payments.

3. What if I do not use all my hours within my time period?

Our plan is based on a set amount of hours per year. It is a use it or lose it plan. If you do not utilize all of your hours within each one year period, they do not carry over to the next year. Our 3 month trial plan requires usage within the 3 month trial period. With all plans, the deadline requires your STL files and instructions to be delivered to Prototype-Cafe by or on your last day.

4. What if I exceed my program hours?

If you exceed your program hours, you can purchase another block of time or pay a higher, but still discounted price.

5. Can I sell my block of time?

No. The block of time is not transferable. If your business is acquired by another business, we honor the contract seamlessly.

6. Can I pay by credit card?

Yes. Via PayPal

7. Can I pay by check?

Yes,, payment is required prior to parts being shipped to you.

8. Can I issue a P.O.?

Yes, but payment is still required up front. You can also do a blanket P.O. with an up front payment of a fixed dollar amount.

9. How can I be assured the Prototype-cafe will have reasonable access for my jobs to be run?

We do not sell every available hour on the machines. Once we sell half the alotted hours, we add another machine. With this formula, we do not anicipate any issues with delays. If we run into delays, we will address those as we progress.
